As a Project Co-ordinator you will report into one of Aldermore's Change delivery teams. These teams report into the Chief Operating Officer and consist of several strong, collaborative teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts working in conjunction with business teams and delivery partners. Collectively we are high performing, high profile teams delivering exceptional change to the Bank.

The role of Project Co-ordinator is really important to us. You will work on supporting a very busy Change function within our Personal Savings business line, from managing small change requests up to providing support and documentation on large projects of work. This will be for a 12 month FTC.

When the time is right, we would love to welcome you to our Manchester office. In the meantime you will be based remotely. You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, Head of Change - Savings, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.

What would your day look like?

  • You will be responsible for assisting in smooth set up, running and delivery of projects within Aldermore on a day-to-day basis, using best practices and procedures to deliver the agreed business outcomes within time quality and cost constraints.
  • You will be required to focus on the change outcome, shape the scope and approach, organize delivery and drive the change through to successful delivery including business adoption and benefit realisation.
  • The role will require you to balance pragmatism with process in order to drive change at pace. You will champion and follow recognised project management disciplines, make decisions and resolve issues, influence a broad range of stakeholders and work with resources spread geographically over a number of offices and divisions.
  • You will offer support and assistance to the Project Managers within the Change function to ensuring that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.

What do we expect of you?

  • A good working knowledge of end to end Project Delivery.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage all documentation through the project lifecycle.
  • Be a strong communicator to build relationships across the business as well as external 3rd parties.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise against a large volume of change requests.
  • Ambitious and driven and is accountable for their deliverables.
  • Experience within Financial Services or another regulated industry is advantageous.
