Upto £26,000 depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity to join our world class project management team, based in our sophisticated shared service centre office on the prestigious Capability Green Business Park in Luton. Home to our Finance, HR, IT, Marketing and Legal teams you will be joining our experts who are the cogs that work in the background to ensure everything runs smoothly for our operational business

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing progress reports
  • Assist Program/ Project Managers, Software Development Team Managers and the IT Department as a whole in producing project plans and thereafter help in maintaining the plans
  • Resource management and tracking
  • Organising/co-ordinating meetings, Workshops and training sessions
  • Assist in producing project documentation
  • Assist with project risk and issue management
  • Assist with management of project and system change control
  • Support the continuous improvement of the project management methodologies
  • Management of small change requests and the change request process
  • Assistance on project related tasks such as Data Cleanse and the management of various spreadsheets
  • Help with production of communications
  • Help with production of training material
  • Help with the management of testing process
  • Setup and co-ordination of showcases for User Acceptance testing
  • Some project tasks such as management of issues and timelines

In order to ensure project support is offered to the PMO team and you can effectively liaise between project, technical and business functions of the company, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Understanding of the full project life cycle from start up through to project closure
  • Knowledge of business process and change management
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An ability to gather, analyse and collate data
  • Passion for achieving results
  • Six Sigma, Prince 2 or other PM methodologies or studying towards would be an advantage
