Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a global engineering company who operate within the defence industry. They are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join then on an initial 12 month contract at their facility in Scotsoun. This role will be working from home during COVID.
The Project Administrator will undertakes a range of specialist administrative duties for the project overall and the project team members. They will coordinate the project activities with internal customers, including taking personal responsibility for the monitoring and liaison with specified stakeholders. The Project Administrator will be responsible for processing complex and variable documents received from a range of sources and consolidates / reviews in line with department standards and requirements. They will identify and undertake investigation into discrepancies through checking and analysing data and checking back through information flows, within and across departments.
The successful candidate will ideally hold previous project administration experience. Hold experience within a business support or administration role. Competent using all Microsoft Office packages. They will have excellent communication skills and able to manage multiple priorities at any one time.
