Project Administrator

£18,000 - £23,500 (Depending on Experience)

Our client are a family run business who specialise in domestic and residential sprinkler systems and dry riser installations. They are currently looking for a full time Project Administrator to take their logistics planning to another level.

Want to see your expertise recognised and put your stamp on a company? Then this job is perfect. As a Project Administrator (Fixed term) with Fire fighter 24/7, you will have the freedom to let your knowledge shine.

The Project Administrator will work closely with their Contracts manager offering their support on a daily basis.

As the Project Administrator part of your responsibilities will be but are not limited to;

  • Answer customer calls.
  • Organize the engineers’ weekly planner.
  • Sign off contractors weekly invoices.
  • Raise customer invoices on sage.
  • Raise monthly application for payments.
  • Raise completion certificates.
  • Raise customer manuals.
  • Create job breakdowns.
  • Book in engineer visits with our customers.
  • Chase customers for outstanding responses.
  • Manage all incoming customer emails.
  • Maintain and improve customer service.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Manage & build our sprinkler servicing department.

Package on offer:

  • 40Hours a week 8-5
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Paid monthly.
  • Full time contract.
  • 6month probation period.
  • Basic Salary £18,000 - £23,500
  • Pension if eligible.
  • In house training will be provided.
  • Immediate start.
