Our Chertsey based client is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team.
The role sits within the Technical Project Admin Team and they support installation projects throughout their lifecycle: verifying completeness and quality of customer order information and processing agreed projects; ordering factory materials from the supply line; and supporting the project manager by performing tasks including managing project documentation/customer variation orders, and raising purchase requisitions.
In this role you will be deeply immersed in a range of administrative areas including : Order book management - where you would be accountable for accurate checking and timely booking of received orders. You will be communicating with a range of internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Contract Admin and Credit Control.
Project Support - which involves management of key customer document control portals, SAP system testing
Planning Support - supporting project manager with tasks and helping to maintain the project plan and general SAP planning activities.
Ultimately the right person for the role will have a strong administrative background, and will be highly competent, methodical with good attention to detail. You will also have a stable work history.
