We are currently looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join a busy and thriving Procurement team within a fast moving, consumable goods organisation based in central Brighton.
This role will require you to work alongside the procurement team dealing with contract amendments in relation to the new GDPR legislation
Duties will include:
Making the initial contact with suppliers and vendors detailing any contract amendments
Tracking responses and directing to other departments were necessary
Raising any escalations
Receiving approved amendments and updating the database with changes
The ideal candidate will have the following skills or experience:
Project Administration experience
* Experience in contract review preferred.
Experience with liaising with suppliers and/or vendors
* Good communication skills.
* English essential, other European/Arabic languages a bonus.
Excellent attention to detail
