PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT FOR 4 WEEKS. Our client located in Whiteley (PO15 7JZ) is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual with great organisational skills and an excellent eye for detail to support a Project team. £10.77 per hour. Main accountabilities:

- Booking meetings via Lotus Notes

- Taking minutes & actions in meetings

- Take ownership for actions taken & chase for updates and complete them

- General adhoc Administration support

- Microsoft Office knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint

You must be available to work Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week, between 8.00am-6.00pm and be available immediately for a period of 4 weeks. The vacancy is based with our major blue chip client and there is the facility to buy hot and cold snacks and there are vending machines that supply free hot drinks as well as free bus travel. 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays and after 12 weeks you will be entitled to an extra 2 days holiday and the possibility of joining the pension scheme if you meet certain criteria.
