Responsibilities & Duties:
To undertake work of a complex nature across a variety of different disciplines, ranging from designing operating models, organisational designs, technical solutions design, financial modelling, process re-engineering, information gathering.
To gather, document and define business requirements for all key projects, managing internal and external stakeholders, and conducting business process modelling and analysis of projects including financial and non-financial aspects as required.
Support the Strategic Development Director in strategic projects, including preparation of succinct and message-driven presentations, underpinned by data analysis for senior stakeholders
Work closely with the Leadership team to ensure effective cooperation to support the business priorities
Create concise high-quality reports and communication materials for senior management. Articulate key messages in high quality visual PowerPoint presentations
Assisting in the research of strategic markets for future growth plans
Proven experience and evidence of working as a Business Analyst on complex projects and programmes involving broad-based business change
Experience of developing business processes and use of 'out of the box' thinking to challenge existing processes
Understanding of Project Management - resource and time management
Client/stakeholder management experience
Risk management experience
Knowledge of important elements of project management
Excellent written and oral communication skills to assure a clear translation of business requirements into functional outcomes
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
