Project Administrator / Co-ordinator - Furniture

Full Time or 5 day Part Time considered

Our client is a successful and established Design & Build provider known for their creativity and insight leading to the delivery of 1st class Commercial Workplace environments.

They are currently looking to grow their team by recruiting a Project Administrator to work within their furniture team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking to take on more responsibility in their role and is driven and motivated to complete independent tasks whilst also supporting the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating the digital filling system
  • Put together image documentation for presentations to clients
  • Prepare project schedules for managers and designers
  • Place all orders and liaise with the project managers to co-ordinate delivery dates
  • Other admin duties as and when required.

To be considered for this role we are expecting your CV to demonstrate experience in a similar project admin, furniture based role. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail and have good logic and problem solving skills. You will of course be competent in Word and Excel and have knowledge of PowerPoint. It would also be advantageous for you to have experience of dealing with suppliers or buyers in a previous role.
