Project Administration Assistant
Based on the outskirts of Stockport, our client is seeking a Project Co-ordination Administrator.

Based on the outskirts of Stockport, this successful company are seeking a new team member to join their company. As a specialist within the project co-ordination industry, you will assist with the successful and demanding office function and co-ordinate daily tasks.
Your new role
Working within a role which will be varied, you tasks will interchange daily allowing you to fully embrace a office support function. Working as part of a small team you will provide an efficient and effective co-ordination relationship with both internal colleagues and external clients alike.
You will be responsible for the assistance of all administration work including the preparation of Sales quotes and orders, liaising with subcontractors and co-oridnation schedules of works.
Adhering to compliance procedures you will be able to plan and organise your work and given tasks.
Providing a smooth office support function, at all times you will be proactive and reactive and posses a strong can do attitude flexible to meet the demands of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous office administration experience is preferred, along with excellent customer service skills.

What you'll get in return
Hours:- Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm or 8.30-5.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm
20 days holidays
