Successful candidates will start within the company as an Operations Coordinator - a busy and exciting role of great importance to the everyday workings of the office.
Your role will be varied and some examples of responsibilities include:
•Answering calls and operating the switchboard
•Greeting candidates, clients and visitors as they arrive in the office
•Creating and leading independent projects and reviewing the existing business procedures
•Preparing reports and statistics to present to the CEO in monthly meetings
•General office co-ordination, including updating databases and processing stock orders
Following this, you will progress at your own pace to the position of trainee consultant, an exciting role that will allow you to determine your own progress and create your own success long-term within the business. We are looking for graduates with a 2:1 degree or equivalent (in any subject!) who have an enthusiastic and self motivated approach to work, have proven involvement in extra-curricular or voluntary work, be a team player and aspire for a leadership role!
