Programme Support Administrator

New existing opportunity to work for a company who "Help people live healthier lives" - they currently have a requirement for a temporary Programme Support Administrator (this role will go permanent to the right candidate)  - immediate start.

The main purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to a busy but friendly team.

Although this role is based on the outskirts of Leeds there is a excellent bus service from Wakefield centre

Main duties:-

- Provide ongoing administration support for the Support Advisers
- Manage one of the inbound email in-boxes keeping customers and clients up to date
- Communicating with clients and customers (where required) in writing in a professional and appropriate manner, ensuring professional presentation at all times.
- Assist with the progression of applications through the company systems from customers
- Distribute and sent post as and when needed
-To undertake any additional admin duties as required

Person spec:-

- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Professional work attitude
- Have a positive can do attitude
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Immediately available for work
- Have at least 2 years previous experience with office administration

Hours of work are 37.5 (Monday to Friday)
