Our client are rapidly expanding and looking for a programme officer with experience to work closely with the programme director in assisting to deliver projects. Your day to day duties will include -
*Following up actions from meetings with Project Managers, Senior Managers
*To take on small projects as required
*Checking financial reports and invoices, monitoring project and programme budgets
*Maintaining project documents (plans / RAID logs / change requests etc.)
*Tracking project and programme risks and issues and highlighting as required
*Providing support to Programme Director
*Managing the status reporting requirements of projects and programmes
*Responsible for maintaining Programme Communications
You will need to have experience of tracking and reporting Projects whilst educated to A levels or equivalent. Prince 2 Foundation/Agile qualifications would be beneficial. You will need to be immediately available. The role is paying circa £15 per hour, depending upon experience.
