Temporary role to commence as soon as possible until 7th September 2018 for our client based in Telford.

Responsible for the maintenance of programme plan. Which includes liaison with Project Managers.

Production and maintenance of organisation chart.

Recoding and maintaining Programme level risks, issues and dependencies

Contractor on boarding and timesheet approval.

Programme level meeting schedules. Which also includes booking meeting rooms

and setting up appointments and collating nay supporting documents for the meetings.

Maintenance of resource allocation schedule.

Liaison with project support teams. This includes making updates for programme

level reporting.

Adhoc PMO support activities

Key Knowledge and Skills (Experience):

Previous experience of working in a PMO (desirable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)

Evidence of collaborative team working in a large Programme (essential)

Pro efficient in use of Microsoft Office including MS Project and Visio (essential)

Hours of work are 37 per week, £10.50 per hour pay rate.
