Programme Manager – Strategic Projects

Full time 37.5 hours per week – Part time hours considered
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to join the Strategic Projects Team at Royal Papworth. We are a small team providing project and programme support, covering a wide variety of service development, improvement and partnership projects. These all contribute to the delivery of the Trust’s post COVID recovery and the new Trust Strategy 2020-2025.
You will provide leadership and management to assigned programmes, from initiation through to delivery of required outcomes and the successful realisation of benefits. You should be able to influence a wide range of staff within the organisation and provide developmental support project team members.
You should a successful track record in achieving substantial organisational change and implementing highly complex projects. This together with senior level experience of service planning or operational management and significant demonstrable experience in working effectively in a multi-professional environment are essential for the role. You should also have a detailed understanding of NHS systems and processes. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication and decision making skills are essential as well as being able to deputise for the Director of Strategic Projects.
The post can up to up to full time hours (37.5 per week) but part time hours will favourably consider.
