We are looking to hire an accomplished interimProgramme Manager to mobilise and drive through a complex business criticalchange for a 6-month contract, working in our stunning location on the AlbertDock in Liverpool.
As theProgramme Manager, you will have full accountability in the delivery of a largeand complex programme of work. You will use your experience to shapeinitiation, deliver, advise on governance structures and mentor staff throughthe programme lifecycle. You will also manage the complex nature of thefinancial management and procurement activity as well as taking fullaccountability for the associated benefits. We are looking for an individualwho possess a strong background of successful end-to-end programme deliveryideally in a logistics environment, you will be a strong leader, have a strongconsultative approach to work and ideally a professional programme managementqualification.
WhatYou’ll need to show us:
Proven knowledge of Agile project delivery approaches within programmes
Demonstrable experience of managing the delivery of complex business and IT change
Strong financial and procurement skills
Solid experience of all stages of the project delivery and software development lifecycle
Solid experience of rolling out change to a wide network of employees distributed across a large number of sites
