I am recruiting for a very well known government department based in Westminster.
Your new role
The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager with excellent knowledge of implementation of CAFM systems within he public sector, to join this organisation on an initial month contract. You will support the scoping, development, and delivery of a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, including supporting systems selection, business case documentation, core programme document, data migration & load and supporting development of the work plan required to address any maintenance backlogs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent IT programme management experience with good a good history of CAFM systems implementation, operations, and FM workforce along with knowledge of management of third parties. You will also need good working knowledge of UK public sector, in particular knowledge of prisons / Justice specific domain knowledge would be highly advantageous. Experience in driving decisions, managing data / process documentation / assumptions with public sector stakeholders, good process mapping and decision-making experience is highly very desirable.
