Exciting new programme manager role in Swindon with scope to mould the project and PMO function across a rapidly changing technology estate and business change environment

Are you a senior project manager or currently accomplished programme manager looking for a new direction and the opportunity to make something your own? Want to work for a very exciting organisation at a pivotal time in their illustrious history? We are looking for someone to implement and embed the whole process for project delivery to cover a range of IT technical and non technical business change projects. Including the set up of a new PMO function.

We are looking for candidates able to clearly demonstrate successful delivery of a range of projects involving digital transformation, business change whilst implementing new processes based around Prince 2.

The role requires a strong background in delivering both IT and Business Change projects and we are interested in someone who is happy rolling up their sleeves and delivering where required but that can also step back and look at the bigger picture and implement strategy for the project teams.

So we are looking for a senior PM or current Programme manager looking to make a real impact on a business moving forward, ideally strong Prince 2 knowledge and/or Practitioner qualification who can deliver exceptional senior stakeholder management across a diverse range of end users.
