Salary - Dependent on Experience
Require Engineering Degree or any higher level qualification.
To manage the introduction of all defined programmes into the manufacturing site. To ensure the adherence to APQP and Automotive SPICE procedures where applicable.
Demonstrable experience with automotive engineering projects.
Experience in managing the development of electro-mechanical systems.
Experience in the development of automotive electronic systems, including hardware, mechanical and embedded software.
Experience of running projects to Automotive SPICE / Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) standards
Full understanding of APQP
Detailed knowledge of Programme management tools
Ability to lead, motivate & manage staff
Ability to communicate and present effectively
Ability to work in a structured and controlled manner under pressure
Self starter and self managed
Positive "can do" attitude
Experience of running projects to Automotive SPICE level 2/3
Understanding of active mounting systems and their influence on vehicle programmes
Experience with Automotive VMS Engineering projects
Ability to manage & contribute to the resolution of problems
Ability to proactively contribute to other areas of the organization
Fluent in German
