Programme Manager Customer Focus - Digital

We are delighted to be partnering with a well known Nottingham multi site retail organisation who is actively recruiting for a highly experienced Programme Manager.

This is a newly created role and your focus will be Customer driven from a digital perspective.

You will be responsible for delivering the following:

  • Responsible for the Customer Plans Project including management of their interdependencies including the analysis of potential risks and opportunities
  • Co-ordination of company capability to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits
  • Planning and designing the programme and managing progress
  • Managing the quality assurance and integrity of the programme
  • Defining success criteria and prioritising the outcomes
  • Budget management, expenditure , cost against delivered and realised benefits
  • Ensuring the Programme is delivered on time within budget and aligned with the Programme Governance requirement s
  • Managing the resources to deliver the Programme whilst also managing the dependencies and interfaces between the Projects
  • Managing all of the associated risks and of the Programme whilst also ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders

The ideal candidate:

  • A proven background of delivering Programmes with multiple Projects
  • Ability to influence and drive change
  • Preferably a qualification in Project Management with the ability to demonstrate Programme Management methods including agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling Programmes
  • Strong interpersonal skills including influencing and engaging stakeholders
  • Ability to implement changes at pace whilst also monitoring Risk and Governance
  • Highly adaptable to new environments including embracing change

  • Salary £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
