Oldham College is currently looking for an experienced Programme Leader responsible for the operational management and curriculum development of the area of Caring Professions. This area offers provision for Early Years, Health and Social Care, Access to Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Professions, Access to Social Work, Science and Counselling

The successful candidate will have proven Industrial Experience within the Vocational Sector, experience of working within the FE Sector and developing innovative teaching and learning provision. They will work closely with the Head of Faculty and the Caring professions team to manage development of the curriculum, including challenging work experience leading to successful work destinations. They will provide effective leadership, and co-ordination of resources and staff on the Caring Professions programmes and supported Internship.

The post will report directly to the Head of Faculty, with management responsibility for Teaching, Learning and Support staff as allocated.
