Would you like to be at the forefront of a major data transformational programme with a life time cost of circa £200m? As Programme Director you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the industrialised model to migrate the data from Local Authorities and the transition of the Local Land Charges service through a range of interdependent commercial arrangements and innovative data tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to share and pool your knowledge of data transformation with a range of delivery professionals across government.

Programme Director: Local Land Charges Programme Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), you will operate as the executive-level programme lead in developing and delivering the transformation of the England and Wales Local Land Charges service into HM Land Registry.

You will sponsor, support and lead the programme of work to deliver the objectives and benefits of the business case in line with the HM Treasury 5-case model.

You will design and deliver the industrialisation of the migration and provide direction for the delivery and implementation of the programme throughout its full lifecycle in line with HM Land Registry's ambition, values and culture.

Programme Director: Local Land Charges Programme Requirements:

To be successful in this role you must hold a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner or equivalent programme management qualification and be able to demonstrate experience as a proactive and visible driving force behind a comparable transformational business change.

You must have a strong commercial / financial awareness and valuable experience of procurement and contract management. Evidence of effective internal and external stakeholder engagement for the success of a programme and demonstrable knowledge of the public sector environment are also essential.

Salary: £70,000 - £78,000 per annum
