Programme Administrator

Location: London, W8 6SG

Salary: £18,000 – 22,000 Depending on experience 

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

The Programme Administrator role:

  • Assist Programme Manager to resolve clients’ queries via email inboxes and phone calls
  • Arrange coaching sessions for clients with coaches and update booking on diaries
  • Manage the client Database and track the clients’ success rate
  • Report feedback on the needs of current clients and trends
  • Assist in preparation of the workshop for client
  • Assist in checking coaching hours record
  • Cover reception when requested
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties

The ideal Programme Administrator will need the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative and support role
  • Strong attention to details
  • Well-organised
  • Strong time management skills and multi-task skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking
  • Mandarin skill may be an advantage but not compulsory
  • Quick leaner
  • Caring and patient
