Programme Administrator

I am recruiting for a Programme Administrator for one of our market leader outsourcing divisions within Manpower Group.
The role will consist of giving first line support of the recruitment tool of choice, ensuring the compliance of the recruitment process is adhered to: this includes supporting programme offices, the client, the suppliers and the contingent workers; ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have these skills:
*Experience in the recruitment process, ie resourcer, would be an advantage
*Experience of working with technology
*Exceptionally strong relationship and influencing skills
*Plans ahead and organises both self and others effectively
*Manages priorities to achieve deadlines
*Able to multi-task
*Highly results focused
*Highly organised with good time management skills
*Strong commercial focus
*Good presentation skills
*Experience of client facing role, including issue resolutions
*Self-starter
*Ability to manage suppliers / 3rd party agencies
*Experience of working with e-Recruitment
