We are seeking a fluent English and French speaker to join this fabulously diverse company based close to Tonbridge. With the opportunity to progress this is a fantastic opportunity.
The purpose of the role is to provide 1st line help desk support to all inbound calls and emails from customers within the hospitality industry.

Key skills
You will be an excellent communicator in both French and English (written and verbal)
You will have proven customer service contact call centre help desk experience too.
You will gave previous IT technical help desk experience too

Desirable skills
Have a good understanding of customer service in an online business
Be a good communicator and problem solver
Be computer savvy
Have the ability to understand customer needs and respond to them

(8- 4:30 or 11:30 - 8 with 1 Saturday a month) salary is £20,000 - £22,000 with 10% annual bonus.
