They are an international law firm that possess expertise in litigation ad dispute resolution, their particular focus is the insurance/reinsurance and liability industries.

Your new role

You will be joining the Insurance Litigation team. This will be a unique opportunity for you to gain exposure to a broad range of Insurance work, with a high level of responsibility. You will be covering a wide range of general insurance litigation cases including employment claims and professional indemnity claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants, insurance brokers and all construction professionals.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have 2 - 4 years commercial litigation experience, although other PQEs will be considered. You will need to have experience of defending professional indemnity and professional negligence claims. It is desirable that you would have had previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
