Support the execution of the Customer Hub plan through providing data to deliver “Insight to Action” and by managing the operational technological tools required.
•Asset management. Manage the telephony hardware through working with all levels across own function and relevant IT contacts.
•Manage and deliver all standard required reporting and work with key stakeholders on required bespoke reporting. Challenge any bespoke requests/requirements to ensure that they linked to the business objectives and plan.
•Technical capabilities - Have the relevant skill set to create, manage and execute required activities.
•Utilising your knowledge and skills to help colleagues find solutions to problems through available technological resources and drive performance and/or operational improvements.
•Workforce Management to ensure that we are able to continually attribute value to all workflows within the Hub through data & insight and assist in effective resource management.
•Support Campaign team capability through the utilisation of Campaign Management and work with stakeholders to develop the most appropriate process & solution. This capability would also include a fully operational understanding of Clicktools as an effective survey and data capture solution.
•Ownership of BCP for platforms that are the responsibility of the Data & Tools team – Genesys & Verint
•Proactively reviewing workload to realise opportunity and efficiency.
•SME for key areas of accountability for Front End Contact Centre solution with a broad understanding of the entire platform in order to ensure the Hub is able to achieve Omni Channel Customer Connectivity
•Development of future technology based solutions at the Hub through project management of system developments or supporting other functions with broader business wide developments.
