We are looking to recruit a Mill Production Trainee at their Birmingham site, who is committed to learning some of their operational processes with a view to becoming a fully trained Mill Production Operative.
We are looking for a candidate who will undergo comprehensive training. Experience gained in a continuous process / yard or warehouse would be an essential attribute of the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grades A-C including English and Maths which must be presented at interview stage; a current FLT licence is essential.

Hours of Work:
After the extensive training period the successful applicant would need to be prepared to work 12 hour day shifts.
During training, hours of work will be 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch. Overtime is payable at time and a half. Full training and a Group personal pension plan, which the Company contributes to, is available.
