Production Team Leader role and responsibilities are:
*Ensuring that all the Health and Safety standards are at the highest of standards
*Monitoring people and performance as training and development
*Cost reduction and productivity improvements
*You must liaise with engineering and quality
*Manage kpi's and workflow
*Implement 5s, continuous improvements as well as problem resolution projects
*Working in a Monday to Friday this is a days-based position you will currently oversee 15 to 20 people
Production Team Leader skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience of working in construction or joinery business.
*Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing/production environment
*Adaptability and drive to progress yourself, team and the business
*Organised and Methodical
*Systems and Microsoft office knowledge is essential
* Strong People skills is essential.
This Role will be to control and improve all production processes within the Production area by managing people, time and resources to meet the needs of the business targets. You should be able to lead by example to get the best out of your team.
