We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing food manufacturing business in West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday Double Days
Week 1: 5am - 3pm
Week 2: 2pm - 12am

Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:
  • Lead and motivate a team of production operatives to meet daily production targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, BRC, GMP)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain health & safety regulations within the production area
  • Support training and development of staff to enhance skills and performance
  • Work collaboratively with other departments including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain
  • Manage and report on key production KPIs
We're looking for Production Supervisors with the below experience:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within food & beverage manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, BRC, and GMP compliance
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies (desirable)
