Our client is a Design and marketing agency based in Essex, they are looking to recruit for a CGI Production Project Manager. This is a new role within the company, they are looking for someone with skilled experience and a can do approach to problem solving.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Company performance bonuses
Full time, permanent

Duties include:
• Creation of estimates for all work
• Create all timing plans, estimates and briefs needed, as well as keep all job bag documentation required
• Create and maintain records for status of all jobs
• Liaise with international producers, the park production manager and UK account teams on requirements and deliverables
• Ensure all quality checking processes are adhered to
• Work Closely with CGI modelling manager and CGI Production Manager
• Request and collate all reference material the CGI MODELLERS may require
• Produce all briefs CGI modellers may require
• Hold regular status meetings with CGI modelling team to identify issues or concerns
• Trouble shoot any inconsistencies or problems that may arise with regard to model accuracy.

Skills and Experience:
• Experience of scheduling work plans
• Knowledge of creating and monitoring budgets
• Experience in writing reports, proposals
• Minimum GCSE standard English/Maths, with A-level or equivalent level of qualification
• PC literate, good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proven administration skills

• Experience of working with MS project
• Experience of working in a project environment
• Experience of working in a CGI studio
• Understanding of CGI/VFX workflows and terminology
• Experience of managing manufacturing/design work flows
