This food manufacturer supplies their products nationwide to customers in a variety of industries. Undergoing an exciting period of expansion and development, they are now looking for a new member of the team to oversee the production in their new, state of the art manufacturing facility, based in Newton Abbot.
In this role you will be responsible for production planning, maximising efficiencies within the department. You will organise staff rotas making sure that correct staffing levels are on shift at all times. You will be responsible for developing a new line within the company. You will also maintain quality and safety standards on the production floor.
This is an excellent position which will see you advance your skills and career alongside the growth and development of the company.
