Role: Planning Coordinator
2Fawcett are recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to join a company located in Nottinghamshire on a Permanent basis.
As the Planning Co-Ordinator you will be reporting to the Senior Planner and you will be responsible for stock integrity of Finished Goods. You will take ownership of a Stock Database. The role will be an integral part of the Planning department.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Planning Co-ordinator
Updating KPI’s with Production Figures
Creating of Production Packs for Operations
Responsible for a Stock Control Process
Audit and update of Stock Control accuracy
Maintain Operational KPI’s
Audit outbound Goods
Cover Planning Dept Duties as holiday cover
Co-ordinating monthly stock takes and summarising the results to the finance department
Requirements of the Planning Co-ordinator
Have worked in a busy environment previously
Previous experience in Stock Control is desirable
Excellent IT Skills, especially Excel. SAP would also be beneficial
Strong communication skills
