RECRUITING FACTORY PRODUCTION OPERATORS

  • Location: Yatton
  • Hours: Full time (40 hour week)
  • Salary £7.73 per hr (+ £1.06 per hr shift allowance for afternoon shift) with potential to progress to Team Leader earning £8.24 per hr (+ £1.06 per hr afternoon shift allowance if applicable).
  • Weekly productivity bonus scheme
  • Voluntary overtime on a business needs basis
  • Shift Hours: 0600 - 1400 - Early shift and 1345 - 2145 - Afternoon Shift
  • Ample free parking on site and within easy walking distance of Yatton railway station.

Bob Martin is a well-established brand leader in the manufacture and supply of pet healthcare and hygiene products. We continue to grow the business generated from our Yatton site, and we are looking to recruit a number of Factory Production Operators on our early and afternoon shifts at our Yatton based factory.

You will be working individually or as part of a team on a production line, filling and packing a variety of products.

The role will include on-line quality checking tasks including recording data; so the ability to communicate well is essential along with a good level of numeracy. Some tasks will be manual and repetitive.
