Production Operator - Bottling Plant

Cordant People have exciting opportunities for experienced Production Operatives at our prestigious client in their Bottling Hall based at Newbridge Edinburgh.

The successful applicant will be working directly on the bottling line performing all tasks associated with bottling spirits including (but not limited to)

• Feeding bottles onto the line and into machines
• Operating and maintaining the bottle rinser and filler machines
• Corking/capping equipment
• Operating and maintaining the machine labeller
• Hand labelling,
• Regular quality checks of produced products

The ideal candidate will have at least one years recent Production experience, a good level of spoken and written English who is keen to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Working hours are 07:00 -16:45 or 07:30 - 17:15 Monday to Thursday

37 Hours per week, paid weekly

This is a long term secure assignment for the right candidate and comes with the ability to progress through the pay band to experienced machine operator grade with significant pay uplift.
