Are you an Assembler or Production Operative with high levels of dexterity & the ability to perform intricate assembly tasks looking for the next exciting step in your career with a well-established, market leading company?

Due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking to add Production Operatives in to their passionate, high performing team in Brackley.

In this role you will be working with enclosure products. This will be a hands-on role where you will be bonding & gluing enclosure products alongside general assembly & testing of products within a production environment, whilst ensuring a high quality and high productivity of work, to paly your part in production targets being met.

This is a great opportunity for Production Operatives with previous experience within an intricate assembly environment looking to move in to this field with a continually growing successful company who can offer progression opportunities as they continue to expand.

The role:

• Production Operative - Bonding/Gluing of enclosure products
• Assembly, test & inspection of electronics-based products
• Following quality procedures
• Focused on high productivity levels & high quality of work

The person:

• Previous experience within an assembly or production role or looking to move into this position
• Passionate, motivated & target driven, with a high level of dexterity and the ability to perform intricate assembly tasks
