Machine Operative

Are you a hands-on operator who loves getting stuck in with the machinery
We’re on the lookout for a proactive Machine Operative to join a busy packaging team in Leeds. You’ll be working across a range of equipment.

Location: Leeds, LS10 area
Pay: £12.56 per hour (rising to £13 after 3 months with the client!)

Must Haves:
Experience operating machinery in a production setting
Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
Positive, reliable, and safety-conscious
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 6:00am-3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am-12:30pm

You’ll be working on various machines, producing packaging that keeps things moving for big-name clients. If you've got a solid work ethic and you're up for learning the ropes - or already know your way around similar kit - we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate gluing, creasing, and die-cutting machinery
Monitor quality and output throughout production
Maintain clean, safe work areas
Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

Bonus Points If You Have:

Previous experience in a cardboard or similar manufacturing environment
