You're a mechanically minded individual that is looking to secure a position that offers progression and development within a mechanical capacity. You're looking for a varied Production Operative based role with an element of assembly. Looking for a role providing the opportunity to learn new challenges, you've previous exposure to using hand and power tools either through paid work or a hobby.
Our Rubicon engineering and manufacturing clients are presently looking for a mixture of permanent and temporary Production Operatives, ranging from entry level to skilled. They offer training and good progression opportunities, a professional and safe working environment, free on-site parking and a supportive and friendly team atmosphere.
Your specific responsibilities as Production Operative will include:
- Final assembly of items
- Use of power and air driven tooling
- Following work instructions
- Packing and preparing of the products before dispatch to the customer
- Managing quality control
- General Housekeeping
- Loading & unloading machinery
- Inspection of own work
