Production Operative

Do you have production or manufacturing experience or a desire to work in this field? If so, we would like to hear from you!

With a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, a proven work history and skill set and your own transport so that you can travel to work around your shift pattern. If you can be flexible - that's even better as our client operates 24/7!

On a day-to-day basis your on-going temporary role will involve general production, machine operating and line assembly. You will receive extensive training to ensure you are comfortable with the role and can meet factory demands. There is some essential paperwork to complete so a good standard of reading and writing is essential.

What's in it for you?

Full-time hours over a variety of different shift patterns.

A competitive pay rate starting from £7.83 for days and £9.40 for shifts. This rises to £8.31 for days and £9.97 - £12.46 for shifts after your first 12 weeks.

Competitive overtime rates are available from day 1!

After 12 weeks you will qualify for 33 days holiday a year.

There is a subsidised canteen on site, free parking and uniform and safety clothing is provided.

There is the opportunity to go from temp to perm!
