Production Operative (non food)
Temporary to Permanent
Location: North Norfolk
Working Hours: 12-hour shift pattern, covering days, nights, and weekends.
Salary: Up to £12.72 per hour, including an attendance bonus
Own Transport required due to the shift pattern and location.

ISQ Recruitment is currently seeking multiple Production Operatives for one of our clients in Norfolk. These roles offer an immediate start and are an excellent entry point into the manufacturing industry, with no previous experience required. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position and progress into semi-skilled roles.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct thorough inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
*Work closely with the production team to identify and rectify any quality issues.
*Document inspection results by completing reports and logs.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
  
Candidate Skills and Experience:
*No previous experience necessary; full training will be provided.
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work various shifts.
*Must have own transport due to the location and shift patterns.
