The Role

A fantastic opportunity for a production MIG welder has become available in Loughborough. The position will predominantly be working on mild steel sheet metal. Working from jigs you must be able to MIG weld to a high standard to produce high quality products for high profile customers. This is a production role and working efficiently to achieve daily targets will be key. This is an immediate start after successful completion of a skills test. This an exciting time for our rapidly growing client.

The Candidate

If you are looking to apply for this position you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in MIG Welding.

  • Experience working with Mild and stainless steel.

  • Be competent in working with sheet metal and reading from technical drawings.

  • Have a desire to enhance skills and career prospects.

  • Brilliant team working skills.

  • Work under minimal supervision.

  • Fabrication skills are an advantage.
