We’re looking for a hands-on Production Engineer with strong electrical design skills and experience in New Product Introduction (NPI). You'll support manufacturing from concept to production, deliver engineering data, and drive improvements across safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver accurate electrical designs and BOMs for production
  • Support NPI, ensuring all data is ready for manufacturing launch
  • Improve processes through lean principles (5S, Kaizen, SQCDP)
  • Collaborate across teams to meet quality and delivery targets
  • Mentor apprentices and junior team members
  • Own your work

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years in production/electrical engineering
  • Strong CAD skills & knowledge of UL508a, EN60204, LVD, EMC
  • Experience with electrical panel design & manufacturing
  • Proven track record in NPI and continuous improvement
  • Great communicator and team player
  • HNC/NVQ in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
