Job Title: Production Co-ordinator

Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Location: Pinner

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm

Person Specification:

  • Must have experience working in a project role
  • Educated to A Level
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Team player

Job Duties:

  • Prepare project plans and procedures
  • Allocating jobs to the operations team
  • Attending client conference calls and meetings
  • Actively seeking feedback after projects
  • Providing administrative support where necessary
  • Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis
  • Adhere to KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Processing purchase orders
