An exciting opportunity exists for an Operations Administrator to join a leading manufacturer based in Tonbridge

In this role you will provide all round administrative support to the Assistant Operations Manager

The ideal person with be practical and have gained experience within a manufacturing environment - Must have hands on experience within purchasing or scheduling production works.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Operations Manager as required
  • Provide the timely provision of information
  • Producing documents
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
  • Accurately processing data
  • Manage own workload identifying improvements and issues
  • All other duties as assigned
  • HOURS: 7.00 to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

The right person:

  • Previous operations administration experience
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
  • IT literate - well skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
