Overall purpose

  • To support the operations team in general and coordinating support tasks
  • Administrate various Health and safety systems,

- Including taking minutes at meetings.

  • Liaise with internal and external resources

- To coordinate annual, monthly checks and procedures that are to be followed or completed.

  • Assist Planning Department

- Including printing labels

- Data inputting

- Assisting with monthly Stocktakes

  • Administrating/Inputting on T&A system

- Including distributing payslips and communicating any payroll queries

  • Carry out shop floor inductions for both full times and agency staff
  • Maintain Training Database and issue training reviews


  • One years administrative experience
  • Set up and maintain simple filing systems
  • Extremely well organised
  • Excellent time management
  • Very strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft office programs
  • Very keen eye for detail
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety systems (Desirable)
