Production Administrator

Our exciting client based in Weymouth are recruiting for a Production Administrator to join their growing team. The Administrative Assistant (Production) will provide general clerical support to Production Planning. Must be highly organised with a friendly team attitude!

Key duties:

  • General administrative tasks as requested by the Planning Manager
  • Raising/closing shortages as necessary.
  • Liaising with Account Managers / Production Planners in updating and checking production documentation packs
  • Produce stores sheets for stock control
  • Distribute new drawing packs to shop floor supervisors
  • Add, maintain and update global notes
  • Raise, release and print works orders including manual works orders
  • Raise, amend, split and print job cards
  • Scanning Production Admin documents
  • Close ended works orders
