Solutions Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Production Administrator to join an Engineering Business based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. This role will involve the administration and coordination work in relation to production control and engineering issuing.
- Issue all orders to the shop floor in a timely fashion
- Complete pick list and assist where required with the closing out of shop orders
- Update IFS with all new agreed delivery dates, and details of any applicable late deliveries in accordance with reporting requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers regarding the status of potentially late orders.
- Assisting with the Production Manager in the 'on time delivery’ of orders process and procedures.
- Liaise with the Packing and Shipping Teams and to assist if needed in the timely packing and despatch of customer orders.
- Filing of department documentation.
- Provide additional support for other members of the Commercial Team in the event of absence.
LOCATION: Richmond, North Yorkshire
SALARY: £19,000 - £21,000 p/a
