Production Administrator - HC58

Solutions Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Production Administrator to join an Engineering Business based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. This role will involve the administration and coordination work in relation to production control and engineering issuing.

  • Issue all orders to the shop floor in a timely fashion
  • Complete pick list and assist where required with the closing out of shop orders
  • Update IFS with all new agreed delivery dates, and details of any applicable late deliveries in accordance with reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with Project Managers regarding the status of potentially late orders.
  • Assisting with the Production Manager in the 'on time delivery’ of orders process and procedures.
  • Liaise with the Packing and Shipping Teams and to assist if needed in the timely packing and despatch of customer orders.
  • Filing of department documentation.
  • Provide additional support for other members of the Commercial Team in the event of absence.

LOCATION: Richmond, North Yorkshire

SALARY: £19,000 - £21,000 p/a

CONTRACT: Permanent
