This is a position for a Product Support Specialist to join a growing media organisation to support with their growing customer and client base. This role will take on multiple areas of responsibility with your time splitting between a number of different tasks - as this is a growing business there will be the opportunity to specialise moving forward.
At the beginning we would expect this role to contain a lot of Product Support, assisting with e-mail and phone queries to a wide variety of customers - this will allow you to understand the Product in depth. Following on from this you will then begin to take on new responsibilities like customer training sessions, documentation and getting more involved with the development teams.
It will then be up to the Product Support Specialist to decide if you want to get more involved with the customers or internal development teams.
To be successful as a Product Support Specialist you will:
- Have excellent communication skills - via E-mail, Phone and Face to Face
- Possess great attention to detail in everything that you do
- Currently be working in a Client Facing role where you communicate with customers daily
- Ideally have experience working in Software houses
As a Product Support Specialist with this company you will gain a broad range of cross functional skills within client services. You will gain the opportunity to become more versed with the Software Delivery lifecycle and become more technically minded taking on a challenge similar to a Business Analyst or you can become more client facing and take the Product Trainer route, it's entirely up to you!
