Product Support Specialist (Hyundai) - Customer Service / Retail Sales Background

This is an exciting new position and fairly unique in today’s fast paced motor industry.
We are looking for an individual with a positive personality that can demonstrate a customer first mind-set. The Product Support Specialist will be on hand to assist customers, welcoming them to our dealership both on the telephone and in person, and making sure they are directed to the appropriate person to assist with their enquiries, so an excellent telephone manner and smart appearance is a vital for this position.
At busy times, it will also be necessary to provide the relevant vehicle information and arrange for the customer to test drive new and approved Hyundai vehicles, with our sales team.
When it comes to a customer collecting their vehicles, the Product Support Specialist will have liaised with administration and our aftersales team to ensure that everything is ready, so you will need to be organised and methodical.
You can’t repeat a first impression, the Product Support Specialist will assist the sales team with vehicle displays, arranging valeting, understanding the manufacturers standards and ensuring they are adhered to.
Full training both at our dealership and at Hyundai UK will be provided, so some travelling and overnight accommodation that is fully funded by us will be necessary.
We are available to look after our customers six days a week, so Saturday working will be necessary with a day off during the week

Remuneration package includes:
+ 22 days holiday per annum plus bank/public holidays
+ Competitive basic salary of £18,000 P/A

+ Normal working hours will be an average of 40 hours per week.
