Our client is an incredibly reputable aerospace engineering business based in the Nottinghamshire area, and they are currently recruiting for a driven individual to join their Concessions team on a permanent basis as a Product Support Engineering Technician.

Product Support Engineering Technician - Administrator

Job Purpose

Support Product Engineering in ensuring product is sentenced appropriately, the sentencing actions carried out and product delivered to meet customer demand.

Product Support Activities

  • Surgery - prep, arranging, carrying out, post-surgery activities (route card, NPR, Con)
  • Photographs for concessions
  • Concession raising (including ensuring RC information is always in date)
  • Analysis of concession data to inform raising of PP's / RQSC updates where appropriate

Key Accountabilities

  • Carry out activities as assigned by the product support coordinator or Product Engineering team lead.
  • Ensure tasks carried out are to the require quality and lead time.
  • Highlight & help resolve issues with the efficiency / quality / lead time of the processes you are operating.

Product Support Engineering Technician - Administrator

Key Experiences & Qualifications

  • IT literate.
  • Ability to read and interpret Rolls Royce standards (RQSC / CME / Drawing).
  • Good communication skills, both within and outside of the business.
